BACKGROUND

The genesis of ElderPA stems from a deep-seated recognition of the myriad challenges faced by elderly individuals and their families in navigating the labyrinthine maze of care services. With outdated systems and fragmented processes abound, the search for and booking of appropriate care often devolves into a time-consuming and daunting endeavor. ElderPA seeks to address these challenges head-on by offering a centralized platform that aggregates care service information, streamlines booking processes, and facilitates seamless management.

UNDERSTANDING THE PROBLEM

Elderly individuals and their families encounter numerous obstacles when seeking care services, including:
